Our own story is change

Not a CV, but a pattern: anyone who has gone through change that often talks about it differently – without romanticising it and without fear of it.

  1. Technical foundation

    It starts with the engineering craft: genuinely understanding products, design and production – reading drawings, working with CAD systems, planning and steering manufacturing. Without having done it, you can describe processes but not judge them.

  2. Connecting engineering and IT

    Computer science came early – and with it the ability to bring technical questions and IT together, long before „digital transformation“ was a term.

  3. Industry and SAP from the inside

    Almost ten years in manufacturing, in work planning and shop-floor organisation and as in-house SAP consulting: interfaces, a self-built SAP-based web shop, the integration of CAD and production. We know SAP from the perspective of the people who have to work with it.

  4. Passing on knowledge, guiding people

    Years of vocational teaching, including a purpose-built SAP consultant training for technicians, alongside continued project work in the SAP world. Not a detour but an advantage: we do not just introduce systems, we guide people through change.

  5. Transformation as a profession

    Since Scharfe GmbH was founded in 2019: change management, document management, variant configuration, product structures – adapted to the situation instead of an off-the-shelf solution. AI joined a few years ago, out of curiosity rather than market pressure.
